Ramaco Resources and REalloys signed an offtake MOU for rare earth carbonate from Wyoming's Brook mine, which contains the nation's largest unconventional rare earth element deposit sourced from coal and carbonaceous ore. This domestic supply agreement reduces U.S. dependence on overseas rare earth sources for critical mineral supply chains.
