First Atlantic Nickel & Cobalt reported electron microprobe analysis showing 77.62% nickel and 1.69% cobalt in awaruite at their Pipestone XL Project. This naturally magnetic alloy could bypass traditional smelting processes, potentially reducing processing costs and North American supply chain dependencies.
